每经北京4月30日电（记者 赵雯琪）货拉拉（上市主体为“拉拉科技”）今日向港交所更新了招股书。最新招股书显示，2025年，货拉拉全球交易总额（GTV）达133.2亿美元，同比增长19.6%，平均月活商户达2130万个，平均月活司机约210万名，覆盖全球15个市场、超过400个城市。近年来，随着在司机降费、降低抽佣上加大力度，货拉拉在中国内地市场的同城货运综合抽佣率连续两年下降，从2023年的12.2%降至2025年的10.9%。
