当地时间4月30日，乌克兰国家安全局通报，其特种作战中心无人机远程袭击俄境内彼尔姆炼油厂，该地距乌边境超1500公里，也是乌方连续第二天在彼尔姆周边打击俄能源设施。
资料显示，该炼油厂为俄罗斯大型炼油设施，年产能1300万吨，兼顾民用与俄军燃料供给。（央视新闻）
