4月30日，亚士创能（603378）发布公告，公司股票自2026年5月6日（星期三）开市起复牌。因公司最近一个会计年度经审计的期末净资产为负值，公司股票自复牌之日起将被实施退市风险警示，股票简称由“亚士创能”变更为“*ST亚士”。
2026年一季度，亚士创能实现收入3569万元，归母净利润-9759万元。
