4月30日，邮储银行（601658/01658）发布公告，邮惠万家银行收到上海市市场监督管理局出具的准予注销登记通知书，邮惠万家银行注销企业登记手续已办理完毕。同时，本行已按要求完成吸收合并后的工商变更登记手续。至此，本行已完成对邮惠万家银行的吸收合并。
