人民网哈尔滨4月30日电 （记者尚城）来自黑龙江省水文水资源中心的消息，4月30日10时，黑龙江干流兴安段（漠河市兴安镇）开江；11时30分，黑龙江干流马伦段（塔河县开库康乡马伦村）开江。
至此，黑龙江省主要江河全线开江。
