4月29日，智度德正发布关于我司下属公司智度股份与国光电器原董事长陆宏达事件的声明，表示公司在2026年4月20日下午第一时间联系陆宏达，并持续联系，至今无法联系上。同时，在媒体报道后，为尽快查明事实、防范风险，公司抓紧时间对舆情信息核验，经合法渠道核实，智度股份子公司因陆宏达在美涉嫌性侵被起诉的案件属实，且该案件拟于2026年5月4日再次开庭；另，陆宏达目前因涉嫌刑事犯罪案件，现已被羁押在深圳市某看守所的情况属实。
