消息面上，4月29日，上海石化发布公告，于2026年第一季度，营业收入约176.62亿元，同比减少9.52%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约4.15亿元，同比扭亏为盈；基本每股收益0.039元。报告期内，炼油产品毛利较去年同期上升，导致本报告期经营业绩上升。
