4月29日，乘客沈女士向现代快报反映，当天上午8点59分，南宁至上海南的D198次列车停靠杭州南站时，一名铁路工作人员在站台上抽烟。记者从铁路部门了解到，沈女士反映的情况属实，该铁路工作人员已经意识到错误，表示道歉。（中安在线）
