这可能是去世原因最无语的天皇
根据《日本国史略》记载，仁治三年，年仅十二岁的四条天皇闲着无聊，突然想捉弄宫女，看她们摔倒的样子，于是在皇宫走廊的地板上撒了许多滑石粉，然后想躲到一边看笑话，结果却不小心把自己给摔倒了，正好撞伤了头部，最后不幸驾崩，享年十二岁。
