中国广核4月28日公告，公司拟向控股股东中国广核集团有限公司收购其持有的中广核苍南核电有限公司46%股权、中广核苍南第二核电有限公司51%股权，交易价格合计为83.47亿元，其中苍南核电46%股权的交易价格为65.36亿元、苍南第二核电51%股权的交易价格为18.11亿元。
