2026年4月28日，中安科(600654.SH)公告称，公司收到新买方SecurecorpHoldingsPtyLtd支付的澳洲安保集团股权收购尾款880万澳元。至此，公司出售全资子公司澳洲安保集团全部股权的交易事项已完成。
公告显示，本次交易始于2025年11月，中安科董事会审议通过出售境外全资子公司GuardforceInvestmentHoldingsPtyLtd持有的澳洲安保集团（共34家公司）全部股权，交易对价为1680万澳元。买方为GilmoreInvestmentHoldingsLimited，其控股股东JonathanSiAngTjia提供担保。
