据报道，2026年OpenAI有数月未能完成月度销售目标，而ChatGPT未能在2025年底前实现周活跃用户达到10亿的目标。报道称，由于谷歌Gemini去年人气上升，ChatGPT的订阅用户流失率仍然构成挑战。
