4月27日，微软宣布一项关于与OpenAI下一阶段合作的修订协议。此次修订将微软的许可改为非排他性，微软将不再向OpenAI支付收入分成。OpenAI向微软支付收入分成的安排将持续到2030年。微软将继续拥有OpenAI模型和产品的知识产权许可，直至2032年。微软仍是OpenAI的首要云合作伙伴，OpenAI产品将优先在Azure上发布，除非Microsoft无法支持或选择不支持必要的功能。微软作为主要股东，继续直接参与OpenAI的增长。
