生活有太多的疲惫，再忙也要放一放。前两天在咖啡馆碰到一个朋友，她穿着得体，妆容精致，但眼睛里写满了疲倦。我们聊了一会儿，她说的最多的一句话就是："我太累了。"不是身体累，而是那种透到骨子里的心累。工作、家庭、人际关系、自我期许，这些东西像一座座大山，压得人喘不过气来。我想，这大概是很多人的真实写照。

我们都被"忙"绑架了。现在的生活节奏快得可怕。手机响个不停，邮件堆满了收件箱，领导找你，下属等你，父母打电话关心，伴侣提醒你别忘了这忘了那。人们好像陷入了一种竞速游戏，觉得只要停下来，就会被时代抛弃。于是，再累也要坚持。再不想做也要做。再没有精力也要撑着。仿佛"忙碌"本身就成了一种身份象征——我很忙，说明我很重要。我很累，说明我很拼搏。但是，有没有想过？这样的生活，到底为了什么？

疲惫是在提醒你。我们都忽略了身体和心灵发出的信号。脾气变得暴躁，不是因为别人惹你，而是你已经没有耐心去消化情绪了。晚上睡不着，不是因为失眠，而是大脑始终没有停止运转。看什么都不顺眼，连最喜欢的事情都提不起兴趣，这就是心里在喊救命的表现。疲惫不是弱点，它是一个信号——告诉你该休息了。

放一放，没有那么可怕。有人会说，我放不下。放不下工作的责任，放不下对完美的执着，放不下别人的评价，放不下对未来的焦虑。但我想问：你的坚持，换来了什么？换来了更多的钱吗？还是换来了更多的时间？换来了幸福感吗？还是只是让自己更加狼狈？放一放，不是放弃。是暂时停下那些不紧急的事。是允许自己有不完美的时刻。是告诉别人，我需要一点属于自己的时间。很多人会告诉你，世界不会因为你休息一天就停止转动。这话是真的。

那些真正重要的事。年纪越长，越能感受到什么才是真正重要的。不是升职加薪，不是拥有更多物质，不是得到所有人的认可。而是——和家人坐在一起，不看手机，聊天；给自己一个下午，做一件纯粹为了开心的事；在一个安静的早晨，好好吃一顿早餐；和朋友促膝谈心，说出那些真心话；去看一场日落，或者只是在公园里走走。这些事情听起来再简单不过，但它们能够修复一颗疲惫的心。生活的质量，不是由效率决定的，而是由那些被你忽略的细节决定的。

放一放，才能更好地继续。这不是鸡汤。心理学研究早就证实了，适度的休息和放松，能够提升工作效率和生活质量。疲惫的状态下做决定，往往是错误的。心烦意乱时处理人际关系，往往是伤人的。真正聪明的人，从不把自己逼到绝境。他们懂得劳逸结合，懂得舍弃，懂得在该停下来的时候停下来，就像弦不能一直绷得很紧，否则会断裂。放一放，不是浪费时间。反而是在充电。是在让自己以更好的状态去面对接下来的挑战。

给自己一个许可。从今天开始，给自己一个许可。许可自己不用时刻保持完美。许可自己可以拒绝一些邀约。许可自己花一个小时什么都不做。许可自己在累的时候，就大声说出来。生活确实有太多的疲惫，但这不是你一个人的问题。只是，没有人会因为你的疲惫而责怪你。反而，那些爱你的人，会希望看到你休息，看到你放松，看到你活得更像自己。
