人生有太多的压抑，再苦也要笑一笑。前天看到一个视频，一个50多岁的大叔在地铁里，突然放声大笑。周围的人都看他，有的皱眉，有的转身。但那个大叔好像没在乎，继续笑着。后来才明白，他是刚从医院出来，医生说他的病情稳定了。那一刻，我才理解什么叫"笑"的力量。

我们都在压抑中生活现在的日子，压抑无处不在。工作上被领导打压，回家被家务压垮。经济拮据时，看着账户里的数字发愁。感情里有委屈，也得憋在心里。社交中察言观色，说话都要过三道脑子。甚至有时候你只是想表达自己的想法，都要先考虑别人的感受。慢慢地，我们学会了忍。学会了隐忍。学会了把所有的难受都往肚子里咽。结果就是，越来越多的人，脸上再也找不到真诚的笑容。

笑，不是逃避。有人会说，都这样了还要笑，是不是太虚伪？我不这样认为。笑不是逃避现实，也不是装作一切都没有发生。真正的笑，是在承认了痛苦之后，还能选择去面对。是在绝望的时刻，给自己一个"我还能再来"的勇气。是告诉自己和周围的人：这点苦算什么，我还有力气呢。

为什么笑这么重要心理学有个概念叫"面部反馈假说"。简单说就是，你的表情会影响你的情绪。不是先开心才笑，而是先笑了才能慢慢变得开心。我有个同事，工作特别累。每次看她都是一脸疲惫。后来有次项目成功，她在办公室笑了一整天。神奇的是，那之后她整个人的气质都变了。工作的压力好像没那么重了，面对困难时也更有劲儿了。还有研究表明，经常笑的人，免疫力更强，寿命也更长。所以，笑根本不是小事。

那些在苦难中笑的人。我认识一个女孩，得过抑郁症。她说最黑暗的那段时间，甚至连哭都哭不出来，整个人就像一具行尸走肉。后来在心理医生的建议下，她开始逼迫自己笑。一开始很别扭，对着镜子笑，感觉自己像个神经病。但坚持了两周以后，真的有所改善。现在她会在社交媒体上分享一些搞笑的段子，偶尔自嘲。朋友们都说，她比以前开朗多了。还有那些得了绝症的人，他们反而更懂得珍惜每一刻。有的人在病床上，还在给家人讲笑话。不是因为他们不怕死，而是他们明白，再悲伤也改变不了什么，倒不如用笑去温暖身边的人。这才是最深层的勇气。

那些微小的笑。我说的笑，不一定非得是哈哈大笑。有时候是嘴角的一丝上扬。是看到路边的小狗突然逗你笑。是和朋友的一条微信，莫名其妙就聊开心了。是一个人在房间里，想到曾经的糗事，忍不住偷笑。是看到孩子天真的样子，嘴角不由自主地弯起来。是经过风雨后，能够笑着回忆那些曾经以为撑不过去的日子。这些都是笑。这些微小的笑，就像是一个个微小的救赎。

为什么我们要坚持笑。你有没有想过，为什么有些人再苦都显得很有魅力，而有些人再顺都显得很沉闷？区别就在于，前者身上有一种光。那种光，不是来自物质的富足，也不是来自一帆风顺的人生。而是来自他们对生活的态度。不管经历了什么，都能找到一个理由去笑。这样的人，谁都想靠近。反过来，整天愁眉苦脸的人，即使再富有，也显得很贫瘠。所以，笑不仅是为了自己，也是为了身边的人。你的一个笑容，也许能化解别人心里的一个结。

今天，试试看笑一笑。不管你现在经历什么。失业也好，失恋也好，生病也好，被欺负也好。停下来，对着镜子笑一笑。也许会很别扭，也许会很勉强。但没关系，坚持十秒钟。你会发现，那一刻，你的身体释放了一点点的张力。心里有一丝丝的缓解。就像黑暗中你摸到了一点温度。

最后想说人生确实有太多的压抑。但正因为如此，我们更需要学会笑。不是为了自己，而是为了拯救自己。不是为了逃避困难，而是为了有力量去面对困难。还有，那些一直在苦笑的人，其实早就成了生活中最坚强的人。所以，再苦也要笑一笑吧。因为笑，本身就是一种活着的方式。
