思特威最近扔出了一颗重磅传感器——SCC90XS，号称全球首款1/1.28英寸型、约2亿像素的LOFIC产品。它用上了22nm工艺，集成了Lofic HDR® 3.0、SFCPixel®-2和AllPix ADAF®这些技术，动态范围超高、噪点低、支持全像素对焦，功耗控制也不错。其实思特威之前已经有好几款LOFIC传感器了，而这款SCC90XS预计今年第三季度就能量产。
