财联社4月25日电，国际海事组织秘书长多明格斯24日表示，该组织正同多方共同规划波斯湾被困海员疏散计划，一旦安全条件具备即可实施。目前约有1600艘船只上的约2万名海员被困波斯湾。滞留波斯湾船只上的水、食物和燃料等物资将很快开始出现短缺。过去几天，该地区还有多艘船只被扣押。 (新华社)
