4月22日，海港人寿保险股份有限公司（以下简称“海港人寿”）发布公告称，经会议审议通过，同意聘任齐美祝为公司总经理，任期自国家金融监督管理总局深圳监管局核准其任职资格并经公司正式任命之日开始，正式任命前指定齐美祝为公司临时负责人，代行总经理职权；乔宁因年龄原因不再担任海港人寿总经理职务。
