据“山东人大”消息，山东省第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十三次会议，根据山东省人民政府省长周乃翔的提请，于2026年4月23日决定任命：夏凤俭为山东省人民政府副省长。
夏凤俭，1971年12月生，黑龙江讷河人。2023年10月任雅安市委书记，2025年7月，夏凤俭跨省任山东省委政法委副书记、省公安厅党委书记、厅长。
