4月22日，王府井发布2025年年度报告。
报告期内，实现营业收入101.50亿元，同比减少10.74%，归属股东净亏损0.40亿元，扣非后归属股东净亏损1.57亿元。
截至本报告期末，公司共拥有离岛免税店1家，口岸免税店1家，市内免税店2家。2026年2月，公司旗下王府井免税北京首都机场T2航站楼免税店对外营业。
