据报道，4月22日，台积电全球业务资深副总经理暨副共同营运长张晓强表示，台积电计划在2029年前于亚利桑那州启用一座芯片封装厂。张晓强指出：“我们正积极扩展自身在亚利桑那厂区内的能力。我们计划在2029年前于当地建立CoWoS与3D-IC能力，这依然是我们的目标。”
