人民财讯4月22日电，四方达(300179)4月22日公告，公司控股子公司河南天璇半导体科技有限责任公司于4月21日与沙雅县人民政府签署《年产2.5万片CVD金刚石项目投资合同书》，计划投资建设年产2.5万片CVD金刚石项目，项目总投资金额约4.5亿元。
