4月21日，昆明盘龙区有4人骑着马在马路中间奔跑，4人骑马经过多个十字路口，不时还将马骑行到超车道上。
4月22日， 记者从昆明交警二大队获悉，在公共道路上骑马属违法行为，目前，警方已掌握该事件，正在核实处理，后续将依法对违法行为人进行处罚。
