格隆汇4月21日丨中国石化(600028.SH)公布，本公司董事会于2026年4月21日收到吕亮功先生的辞职报告，吕亮功先生为本公司执行董事、高级副总裁，原定任期至2027年6月，现因年龄原因辞去本公司执行董事、高级副总裁职务。吕亮功先生离任后将不在本公司及其子公司任职，亦不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
