2026 年 4 月 19 日 成都讯）成都高新技术产业开发区法院对 “木木冒险岛发布网” 侵犯著作权案一审宣判：主犯符某犯侵犯著作权罪，判处有期徒刑 2 年 9 个月，并处罚金 20 万元；追缴全部违法所得 144 万元。
法院查明：2020—2021 年间，符某下载《冒险岛sf》源码，私设 “木木冒险岛” 私服，并搭建发布网推广。其组建团队分工运营：服务器管理、QQ 群维护、代收充值、客服接待。经鉴定，私服与正版客户端存在实质性相似。
案发后，符某赔偿版权方并取得谅解，自愿认罪认罚。法院综合情节依法量刑。
