4月18日，粤BA第四轮广州队VS肇庆队的比赛在广州天河体育馆上演。
赛间休息时，既有粤剧表演，也有两队展示“友谊第一”的时刻——交换礼物。广州队拿出了腊味和增城丝苗米，肇庆队则带来了肇庆怀集特产岗坪切粉。
