当地时间4月17日，美国财政部颁发有关交付、运输及销售俄罗斯原油与石油产品的许可。
根据美财政部公布文件，其允许交付和销售截至4月17日已装船的俄罗斯原油及石油产品。美财政部表示，该授权将持续至5月16日。
美财政部此前已于3月12日发布一份一般许可文件，宣布暂时放松对俄罗斯石油的制裁，以应对霍尔木兹海峡航运受阻给能源市场带来的冲击。（央视新闻）
