中国常驻联合国代表傅聪16日在联合国大会关于安理会否决权使用问题会议上发言说，中方7日在安理会否决涉霍尔木兹海峡决议草案，避免了局势升级，为达成临时停火、启动对话谈判创造了有利条件。中方投下的这一票，是对和平负责、对地区人民负责的选择，站在了历史正确的一边，经得起历史的检验。
