4月14日，司法部部长贺荣在京会见越南司法部部长黄青松一行。双方就健全边境边民民商事纠纷解决机制，深化律师、公证、法治宣传教育、人才培养等方面合作进行了务实深入交流，并签署了《中华人民共和国司法部与越南社会主义共和国司法部2026-2027年合作计划》。
