4月16日，龙江交通（601188）发布公告，副总经理孙维刚因工作调整申请辞职，原定任期到期日为2029年3月5日。辞任后，孙维刚将继续担任公司党委副书记。
同时，公司董事会于2026年4月16日审议通过了聘任王旭东为副总经理的议案，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会届满。
2025年，龙江交通实现收入7.70亿元，归母净利润1.68亿元。
