4月14日20时，松花江干流佳木斯段（佳木斯市向阳区松花江铁路桥下）开江，开江日期与历年持平。
4月15日8时，松花江干流悦来镇段（桦川县悦来镇）开江；倭肯河倭肯段（勃利县倭肯镇）开江，开江日期比历年晚7天。
目前，全省主要江河中仅黑龙江干流乌云以上、嘉荫至同江、同江以下江段及其支流额木尔河、呼玛河未开江，其他江河均已开江。
