2026年3月，公司客座率为85.03%，同比增长2.53个百分点；货邮运载率51.54%，同比下降1.13个百分点。
2026年3月，公司引进1架B737-8MAX飞机，1架A320飞机。截至2026年3月底，本集团合计运营362架飞机。
2025年前三季度，海航控股实现收入534.38亿元，归母净利润28.45亿元。
