为帮助大班家长科学做好"幼升小"准备，杭州萧山海亮禾璞幼儿园携手湘湖未来学校与海亮外国语学校开启了一场“幼升小”主题分享会，助力家长与孩子从容迎接成长新阶段。

To help parents of senior kindergarten children prepare scientifically for the transition to primary school, Xiaoshan Hailiang HEEP Kindergarten jointly held a themed seminar with Xianghu Future School and Hailiang Foreign Language School, supporting both parents and children as they embrace this new stage of growth with confidence.

01小学：前瞻引领，看见未来的教育模样

会议伊始，湘湖未来学校赵海峰校长从办学理念出发，向家长们徐徐展开一幅未来教育的蓝图。他深入阐释了学校的"三未"课程体系：

• "学在未来"：国家课程校本化，让基础学习更贴合孩子成长规律；

At the beginning of the seminar, Principal Zhao Haifeng of Xianghu Future School painted a picture of future education based on the school’s educational philosophy. He elaborated on the school’s “Three Futures” curriculum system.

Principal Zhao also introduced the school’s experienced and innovative teaching team, who provide high-quality instruction and personalized support to every child with professionalism and care.

面对家长们最关心的核心问题“幼小衔接，到底接什么？”赵校长给出了温暖而有力的答案：“正习”。“正”，即端正、正确，意味着方向要对；“习”，即习惯、习得，意味着要融入日常。“正习”，就是在孩子习惯养成的关键期，给予正确的引导和持续的陪伴，让好习惯成为孩子内在的生长力。

从课程设置到师资力量，从习惯养成到成长路径，赵校长的分享让家长们对学校有了更清晰的认知，也对孩子未来的小学生活多了几分安心与期待。

When addressing parents’ central concern – “What exactly should we bridge?” – Principal Zhao gave a warm and powerful answer: “Correct Habits” .It means providing correct guidance and continuous companionship during the critical period of habit formation, so that good habits become a child’s inner strength for growth.

From curriculum design to teaching staff, and from habit cultivation to growth pathways, Principal Zhao’s sharing gave parents a clearer understanding of the school and added reassurance and anticipation for their children’s future primary school life.

接下来，海亮外国语学校吴飞燕校长用生动的案例和真实的学生成长故事，向家长们展示了学校如何在夯实学术根基的同时，培养孩子的未来核心素养，如何为孩子构建全方位的成长支持体系。学术与素养并重，当下与未来兼顾，吴校长的分享让家长们看到了一所现代化学校的教育格局与育人温度。

Next, Principal Wu Feiyan of Hailiang Foreign Language School used vivid cases and real student growth stories to show parents how the school builds future core competencies while strengthening academic foundations, and how it constructs a comprehensive support system for children. Balancing academics and competencies, as well as present and future needs, Principal Wu’s sharing revealed the educational vision and nurturing warmth of a modern school.

分享会结束后，一对一互动答疑环节。除了学习方面的困惑，家长们还提出了许多关乎日常的问题："小升初是直升吗？""小学每天都有午睡吗？""校车路线怎么安排？""学校餐饮怎么样？"......

面对这些具体问题，赵校长和吴校长分别耐心解答，从政策细节到生活关怀，逐一回应，让每一位家长都能带着收获离场。

After the seminar, there was a one-on-one Q&A session. In addition to academic concerns, parents raised many practical daily questions: “Is there a direct admission to middle school?” “Do primary schoolers have a daily nap?” “How are the school bus routes arranged?” “What about school meals?” …

Principal Zhao and Principal Wu patiently answered each specific question, addressing everything from policy details to daily care, ensuring every parent left with valuable takeaways.

02幼儿园：有效衔接，让成长有迹可循

幼升小，是孩子从童真乐园迈向广阔世界的重要一步。 关于幼小衔接，幼儿园该怎么做？这也是杭州萧山海亮禾璞幼儿园不断思考的命题。

我们深知一点：幼小衔接不是大班的"突击战"，而是贯穿整个幼儿园阶段的"持久战"。 为此，幼儿园构建了"渗透—过渡—强化"三阶段螺旋式衔接工作体系，让幼小衔接更有方向、有路径、有载体、有成效：

The transition to primary school is an important step for children as they move from a carefree paradise to a broader world. What should a kindergarten do regarding this transition? This is a question that Xiaoshan Hailiang HEEP Kindergarten continually reflects on.

We deeply understand that preschool–primary transition is not a “last-minute sprint” in the senior year, but a “long-term journey” throughout the entire kindergarten period. To this end, the kindergarten has built a three-stage spiral transition system: Infiltration – Transition – Intensification, making the process more directed, well-pathway, well-supported, and effective.

渗透期（托小班）：润物细无声

从孩子踏入幼儿园的第一天起，幼小衔接的旅程便已悄然开启。在这一阶段，我们将习惯培养目标巧妙地融入孩子的一日生活之中：

●自理能力：引导孩子自己洗手吃饭、整理玩具，逐步学会照顾自己，培养独立生活的意识。

●规则意识：帮助孩子听懂指令、学会排队等待、参与轮流游戏，让他们在潜移默化中理解集体生活的秩序。

From the very first day children enter kindergarten, the transition journey quietly begins. At this stage, we subtly integrate habit-building goals into their daily routines:

Self-care ability – Guiding children to wash hands, eat, and tidy up toys by themselves, gradually learning to take care of themselves and fostering a sense of independence.

Awareness of rules – Helping children understand instructions, learn to wait in line, and take turns in games, so they absorb the order of group life naturally.

Social skills – Encouraging children to share, negotiate, and express their emotions, thereby building good interpersonal relationships.

These seemingly small daily habits are actually important cornerstones for children’s future adaptation to primary school life.

过渡期（中班）：学习探索

进入中班后，杭州萧山海亮禾璞幼儿园开始有计划地培养孩子的各项能力：

After entering the intermediate class, we begin to systematically cultivate children’s various abilities:

Thinking development – Stimulating thinking skills and logical reasoning through puzzles, logic activities, and other diverse forms.

Reading initiation – Conducting picture book reading activities to cultivate reading interest and concentration, allowing children to accumulate pre-reading experience through stories, laying a solid foundation for future learning.

Physical exercise – Maintaining physical training to strengthen the body, temper willpower, and cultivate perseverance.

Time management – Using a daily routine chart to help children initially build a concept of time and task awareness, learning to schedule their time properly.

At this stage, children continue to grow through deep exploration and look forward to their future learning life with great anticipation.

强化期（大班）：从容冲刺

进入大班，杭州萧山海亮禾璞幼儿园进入了针对性的强化阶段：

When children reach the senior class, we enter a targeted intensification stage:

Task awareness – Assigning small tasks such as completing a drawing or preparing a short story, cultivating their ability to remember and complete tasks, and enhancing their sense of responsibility.

Learning habits – Through pre-writing games and other methods, cultivating correct sitting posture, pencil grip, and reading habits to prepare them for primary school learning.

Psychological preparation – Holding “I’m Going to Primary School” themed class meetings, allowing children to talk about their expectations for primary school, relieving any anxiety, and helping them embrace primary school life with a positive attitude.

This stage works on multiple fronts – learning environment creation, social skill development, and emotional adaptation – to provide comprehensive support for a smooth transition and help children step confidently into the new journey of primary school.
