周一（4月13日），土耳其外交消息人士表示，土耳其外长会见了博茨瓦纳外长。
消息人士补充称，土耳其外长哈坎·费丹与南部非洲国家博茨瓦纳的国际关系部长菲尼奥·布塔莱的会晤，在土耳其首都安卡拉举行。
