北京汽车（01958）发布公告，2026年第一次临时股东会于4月14日举行，会议上提呈的所有决议案均已通过。
公告指出，临时股东会上，张国富和周建裕获委任为非执行董事，郑明英获委任为执行董事，任期自2026年4月14日起至第五届董事会任期届满为止。
同日，公司召开董事会会议，张国富当选董事长并担任董事会战略与可持续发展委员会及董事会提名委员会主任。
