格隆汇4月14日丨香港通讯国际控股(00248.HK)宣布，执行董事温文丽已获委任为董事会辖下提名委员会成员，自2026年4月14日生效。于上述委任后，提名委员会由三名独立非执行董事(即朱初立、赵雅颖及罗家熊)及一名执行董事(即温文丽)组成。朱初立继续担任提名委员会主席。
