水利部消息，眼下正值春播春管关键农时，全国春灌有序推进，灌溉面积达1.9亿亩。
目前，全国大部分地区耕地土壤墒情适宜，局部地区土壤缺墒。水利部门正科学调配水库、河道等水源，根据作物种植结构、土壤墒情和降水情况等及时优化灌溉方案、改善墒情。（央视新闻）
