格隆汇4月13日｜据The Information，思科系统公司正洽谈收购以色列AI代理安全新创公司Astrix Security Ltd.。消息人士称，这笔潜在交易金额可能在2.5亿至3.5亿美元之间，约为Astrix Security迄今募资总额的三倍。据悉，这项潜在收购案，紧随思科近期宣布与AI幻觉防火墙新创公司Galileo Technologies Inc.达成收购协议之后。
