我要择友而交，而我的第一位朋友，是阳光

从今天起，我只与阳光为友，并在山野上与他共事。我敞开心扉，向他倾述我的心事，他静静的聆听并给我温暖的抚慰，如此，我将幸福的拥有每一个简单的日子。

从今天起，我决定不再与阴影纠缠。那些让我黯淡的、潮湿的、在深夜里反复咀嚼的心事，从今天起，我不再邀请它们入座。我要择友而交，而我的第一位朋友，是阳光。

我只与阳光为友。他不问我的过往，不打听我的来历，不在乎我世俗里的名字是否光鲜。他从不评判，从不追问，从不在听完我的倾诉后，转身说给风听。他唯一的语言，就是温暖。他唯一的回应，就是存在。

从今天起，我要与他共事，在山野上。我们一同做事——他负责照耀，我负责生长。他把光铺在我脚下，把暖别在我衣襟，把影子轻轻放在我身后，让我知道，阴暗永远追不上光明。而我呢，我负责在这片山野上，活成一株会走路的植物，向阳而生，遇雨而歌，把根扎进泥土，把心向着天空。我们共事的内容很简单：他晒我的被子，也晒我的沉默；他烘干我的眼泪，也烘干那些说不出口的委屈；他在每一个叶片的背面，写下只有我能读懂的鼓励。

我要在山野上向他敞开心扉。说那些说给任何人都不合适的话——说我的不甘心，说我的舍不得，说我在夜里偷偷哭过却天亮就擦干的那些瞬间。他不打断我，不急着给建议，不站在高处说“你应该怎样”。他只是听着，用那种从早到晚都在的陪伴，告诉我：我在听，我一直都在。

然后，他会给我温暖的抚慰。那种抚慰不是语言能形容的。是晒透了的后背微微发烫的舒服，是眯起眼睛时睫毛上跳跃的金色光斑，是闭上眼睛还能感受到的那一片暖融融的红。阳光从不说话，可他的抚慰，比所有语言都管用。
