伊朗前外长穆罕默德·贾瓦德·扎里夫4月12日在社交媒体上说，伊朗和美国谈判“未成功”的原因是“伊朗选择不接受美国的条件”，美国不能对伊朗发号施令。
扎里夫写道，美国副总统万斯说伊朗选择不接受美国的条件，这“说得对”。“美国必须明白：你们不能对伊朗发号施令。现在吸取教训还不算太晚。”（新华社）
