4月30日起，香港将禁止任何人在公众场所持有电子烟、加热烟和草本烟。消费者即使只是随身携带没有吸食，同样违法，一旦被查获，最低罚款3000港元，最高可被罚款5万港元及监禁6个月。香港卫生署同时明确，新规没有过渡期，也没有“首违免罚”。（杭州日报）
