Ben Affleck和Jennifer Lopez的离婚连续剧终于演到财产清算这一幕。据Us Weekly获取的法庭文件，大本把自己在比弗利山庄那套6000万美元豪宅的份额，直接转给了前妻。
这套房子是两人2023年6月一起买的，婚姻存续期也就22个月。去年7月挂牌出售时，知情人士透露「Ben especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there」。结果九个月后两人连定价都没谈拢——J.Lo想硬扛高价，大本急着降价甩卖。
今年7月房源到期下架，没卖出去。两个月后离婚正式 finalized，大本选择把产权全给J.Lo，而不是继续扯皮。文件里写得冷冰冰：「The parties shall be responsible for any taxes arising from the transactions/transfers」——税各自承担，但房子归她。
大本今年3月对GQ说过，「My temperament is to be a little bit more reserved and private than hers」。现在看，这性格差异也体现在离婚策略上：一个急着切割，一个能拖就拖。6000万的房子说送就送，像产品经理砍掉一个永远回不了本的项目——止损比沉没成本更重要。
