别总在意别人的眼光，不用活成别人期待的样子

在北京这座快节奏的城市里，打拼十年的三十岁妈妈林晓，每天周旋于工作与家庭之间，被各种压力紧紧包裹着。她心里满是委屈与疲惫，却从不在朋友圈表露，只是默默把情绪藏起来，独自扛下所有。

长大后的社交，也慢慢从热闹变成了沉默。年轻时遇到点事就想发朋友圈吐槽，开心难过都想分享，可如今编辑好的文字，最后还是删掉。就像在菜市场买菜，有人为了几毛钱和摊主计较，转身却笑着给孩子买零食，成年人的世界，连情绪都要分场合收敛。

生活里的压力从来不会消失，与其一直憋在心里，不如学会合理释放。可以每天留十分钟给自己，听听歌、散散步，不用强迫自己时刻坚强，偶尔放松一下，心里会舒服很多。

别总在意别人的眼光，不用活成别人期待的样子。发朋友圈不用小心翼翼，想说的话可以说给信任的人听，不用事事都自己扛，适当倾诉也是放过自己。
