反转了，确认系摆拍！3人被行拘

公安部网安局9日发布消息，近日，云南丽江网警接到网民举报，部分网络平台出现多条 “在云南深山救助流浪女子” 的短视频。

视频中，“流浪女子” 衣衫褴褛、蜷缩于木屋中，拍摄者故作关切询问其伤情来历，并声称将为其更换被褥、提供食物等。相关视频发布后迅速引发网民广泛关注与热议，部分网民还表示愿意捐款、寄送爱心物资。

Three people have been detained in Southwest China's Yunnan province for staging fake "rescue" videos of a supposed homeless woman to attract online traffic and donations, CCTV reported on Thursday.

In the clips, the filmer appeared to express concern for her condition and claimed they would provide food and bedding, prompting widespread attention and offers of donations from viewers.

接报后，丽江网警第一时间依法开展核查工作。

Police in Lijiang launched an investigation after multiple short videos began circulating online showing a ragged woman curled up inside a wooden hut in a remote mountainous area.

经查，网民刘某、阿某某为博取流量、吸引眼球，二人从黑龙江前往云南丽江，雇佣杨某某并将其化装成 “流浪女子”，自2026年3月28日以来，按照预设剧本摆拍“发现”“救助”等情节，先后发布10余条虚假视频，误导社会公众，扰乱网络空间秩序与公共秩序。

Authorities later found that two individuals, surnamed Liu and A, had traveled from Heilongjiang province to Lijiang and hired a third person, Yang, to play the role of the "homeless woman". Since March 28, the group had scripted and filmed more than 10 staged videos portraying scenes of "discovery" and "rescue", police said.

根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》相关规定，丽江市公安机关依法对刘某、阿某某分别处以行政拘留五日，对杨某某处以行政拘留二日的行政处罚。

The videos misled the public and disrupted online order, authorities added. Liu and A were each given five days of administrative detention, while Yang received two days.

网警提示：网络空间不是法外之地，网络行为必须严守法律底线与公序良俗。广大网民应自觉遵守网络法律法规，做到不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，共同维护良好网络生态。对利用网络编造传播虚假信息、恶意炒作、扰乱公共秩序的违法违规行为，公安机关网安部门将始终坚持依法严厉查处，持续净化网络环境，切实维护网络空间清朗有序。
