眼下正值春茶采摘黄金期，重庆市奉节县三万亩茶园迎来丰收。在重庆市奉节县公平镇黄泥村白茶基地，茶农们将鲜嫩茶芽小心翼翼采入竹篮，基地内一派繁忙景象。随着春茶丰收，当地大量劳动力也被吸纳入园，实现家门口就业。
