国家统计局4月10日发布数据显示，3月份全国居民消费价格指数（CPI）环比下降0.7%，同比上涨1.0%，工业生产者出厂价格指数（PPI）环比上涨1.0%，同比上涨0.5%。围绕3月份CPI和PPI数据，中国人民大学重阳金融研究院副院长蔡彤娟进行解读。
