据报道，伯克希尔哈撒韦发行2723亿日元（约合17亿美元）日元计价债券，为巴菲特卸任CEO以来该公司首次此类交易。
此次发行的六期债券期限从3年到30年不等。10年期债券的定价较基准高出90个基点，票面利率为3.084%。伯克希尔哈撒韦上次发行日元债券是在2025年11月，10年期债券的票面利率为2.422%。
