为筹集财政资金，支持国民经济和社会事业发展，今天（10日）起到4月19日，财政部将发行第一期和第二期电子式储蓄国债。两期国债均为固定利率、固定期限品种。其中：第一期期限3年，票面年利率为1.63%，最大发行额270亿元；第二期期限5年，票面年利率为1.7%，最大发行额330亿元。（央视新闻）
