签约“国家队”！宁诺与国家电网共推产学研用深度融合

近日，宁波诺丁汉大学与国家电网宁波供电公司举行校企战略合作交流会谈。双方将围绕新型电力系统建设展开全方位合作，通过整合高校优质科教人才资源与国企行业实践积淀，共同探索产学研用融合新路径。

在宁波诺丁汉大学新国际会议中心，双方围绕新型电力系统建设中的关键技术需求与校企合作模式进行了深入探讨。

聚焦电力电子、人工智能技术应用、输变电土木基建等重点方向，校企将通过共筑高能级平台、共攻关键技术、共育未来人才三项重要举措加速关键技术突破与成果转化，携手探索中国特色校企合作新模式。

科研协同

在科研协同方面，宁诺将与国网共建联合实验室和技术示范平台，并联合组建高水平科研团队，共同申报和承担国家级、省部级重大科技项目，培育重大科技成果。

一方面，宁诺依托自身学科优势，将在算法研究、模型构建、仿真验证等技术方面提供支持，为企业解决电力发展难题，形成“科研—验证—示范”一体化的平台合作机制。

另一方面，通过筹划面向电网行业的实践项目与开放课题，本次合作有望为宁诺学子带来参与课题攻关的机会与资源，形成从课堂到实验室，再到产业一线的专业人才培养链路。

人才共育

在人才共育方面，双方将推进双导师制、课程共建、人员交流、实习实践等创新模式，将企业真实案例融入课堂教学和科研选题，同时邀请行业专家分享行业前沿动态，强化技术骨干与青年人才的培养。

这一举措，既为宁诺学子提供广阔的实践舞台，助力其成长为企业争抢的“懂理论、能实战”的高层次技术人才，也为企业输送兼具国际视野与扎实功底的高层次骨干，为宁波能源事业发展打造“人才蓄水池”。

“此次与国家电网的合作，是学校深化产学研用融合、服务国家战略的重要举措。我们将以此为契机，以科研推动地方发展，同时为学生提供更丰富的实践资源。”宁波诺丁汉大学党委书记沈伟其教授说。

UNNC and State Grid Ningbo strengthen strategic partnership

The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with State Grid Ningbo Power Supply Company to advance the integration of industry, academia, research and application, supporting the development of a new-type power system.

The partnership will focus on key areas including power electronics, artificial intelligence applications, and power infrastructure, combining UNNC’s research and educational strengths with State Grid’s industry expertise. Joint laboratories, research teams, and major project collaborations will be established to accelerate technological innovation and real-world application.

The collaboration will also promote talent development through initiatives such as dual supervision, co-designed curricula, and expanded internship opportunities, equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Professor Shen Weiqi, Party Secretary of UNNC, said: “This cooperation with State Grid is an important step… We will take this opportunity to promote local development through research while providing students with richer practical resources.”

The agreement is expected to support innovation and talent cultivation in Ningbo’s energy sector.
