近日，温州瓯海区娄桥街道禾宇嘉园、云泰锦园等多个安置房小区调整地下车位收费，包月定为150元，含管理费60元、租金90元，并实行先缴先选位。
有业主反映，停车费相比之前大幅上涨，一年费用增加上千元，引发不少争议。云泰锦园业委会为此倡议业主暂不缴费。部分业主不愿停地下室，转而将车停在地面。业主们希望明确合理收费标准，维护自身合法权益。
